Our working director, Scott, has long believed in the value of legumes for building soil health and farm resilience. In the last decade, that vision has evolved into a strong focus on lentils; now forming at least a third of our cropping program each year.

Soil is our most valuable resource. We’re committed to building and maintaining healthy soils through modern, sustainable practices. Our precision cropping program operates on a strict 12-metre tramline system, supported by advanced weed-ID technology that helps minimise herbicide use. We conduct regular soil testing to ensure additional nutrients are applied only where needed. We routinely apply lime and gypsum to promote long-term soil structure and productivity.

The Dalyup property is home to all livestock operations, running an average of 800 Angus breeding cattle each year, along with a small sheep enterprise.

In 2023, we introduced 250 virtual fencing collars to enhance our grazing management, improving efficiency across both crop and pasture systems.
